Last night, 200 chic arts patronesses gathered at the private home of generous host Nancy Carlson for an unforgettable evening of dancing, fun cocktails, delicious desserts and tasty hors d’oeuvres, culminating in the highly anticipated raffle drawing of some fabulous prizes. (Photo by Rob Wyeth)

This incredible party-with-a-purpose raised over $100,000 for Dallas Children’s Theater! Way to go, ladies!

The success of the party comes from a long list of wonderful supporters:

First and foremost, DCT owes a huge debt of gratitude to host Nancy Carlson (pictured left with DCT Executive Artistic Director Robyn Flatt, photo by Rob Wyeth) for opening her lovely home for this unforgettable evening. Nancy, we cannot thank you enough for welcoming us and for all your hard work preparing for the party!

Towards the end of the night, event co-chair Tara Lewis presented Nancy with an extra special gift from the DCT staff and the Girls Party Committee – a necklace from the Nasher, as a thank you for her generosity and weeks of hard work planning for the event.

Richard Eiseman himself (pictured below) attended the Girls Party and announced the winner of the top prize. Richard, it was such a treat seeing you at last night’s event!

Elizabeth Showalter, winner of the Getaway to Santa Fe package (value up to $2,000), which includes a luxurious four-night stay at the beautiful Fairmont Heritage Place, El Corazon de Santa Fe;
